“We put the SCRATCH back into baking!” Scratch baking takes a lot of labor, but the results are well worth it and I think you’ll notice that in the quality of the product that you from Krista’s Kitchen. We use real butter and sour cream and some specialty cheeses from a local cheese factory. Some of our products are baked with100% real maple syrup that come from maple trees up North, and the honey, which we use in a lot of our breads, come from a hive keeper in a small town east of here. You will notice our Olive Bread has big pieces of olives as they are cut by hand, apples in pies and bread are painstakingly peeled and diced, and real mashed potatoes goes into our Potato Bread.
